Our newest addition to Villa Aurora is the newly constructed cafeteria. Every day in our “mensa” you will be able to taste a typical dish of Italian cuisine including pizza, pasta, vegetables or fresh fruit.

Our diet follows the health guidelines prescribed by the Adventist church: each plate is absolutely vegetarian and rendered even healthier by the famous Mediterranean diet.  Did you know that for some time, along with the Argentinian tango and Chinese calligraphy the Mediterranean diet has become an intangible part of the Heritage of Humanity thanks to UNESCO?

Olive oil, grains, fresh and dried fruits, vegetables and a moderate use of dairy products are the general ingredients used in every Italian kitchen, and of course also in our’s, to offer you a grand variety of healthy dishes without sacrificing the taste.
